Why Go OEM With Coffee Machines
Private-label coffee machines let you sell under your own brand, control pricing and build a product line that competitors cannot simply price-match. Because the engineering is already done and tested, you skip years of R&D and go straight from concept to container. That is the OEM value proposition: your brand, our factory, faster than building either from scratch.
Rebornwell has produced coffee equipment for export since 2008, manufacturing espresso machines, capsule machines and grinders that ship under customer brands to 60+ countries.
What You Can Customize
Typical customization levels, from light to deep: packaging and carton printing; logo and brand marks on the body and display; colorways (our espresso machines are available in black, silver and white); control-panel language and feature defaults; and, at the ODM level, specification changes such as tank size, heating power or the addition of cold-brew capability. Wireless APP control and UV features can also be specified on many models.
You do not need to commit to a full redesign on day one. Most distributors start with branding + packaging, prove the market, then add feature changes on the next order.
MOQ and Container Planning
MOQ is usually expressed in pieces, but what actually matters is container economics — freight is cheapest when you fill the container. As a reference, one 20GP container holds 880 units of our EM3220 espresso machine, 2200 units of the CM6008 capsule machine, or 1500 units of the CG20 grinder. That arithmetic changes the "MOQ" question from a number to a business plan: order what fills your channel, not just what clears a minimum.
Our factory capacity (200,000+ units monthly across 14+ assembly lines) means lead times stay predictable even at container scale.
Certification Is Part of the Product
Export markets gate on certificates. Machines leave our factory with ISO, CE, RoHS and CB certification, and SGS inspection reports are available per shipment; the factory also holds BSCI audit for retail-chain buyers. Before you order, tell us your target markets — the certification stack for the EU, the US and the Middle East differ, and it is far cheaper to build the right certificates into the first production run than to retrofit them.
Quality Control You Can Verify
Ask any factory for its defect rate and ask to see it independently checked. Ours is 0.2% at shipment, and we run inspection gates at incoming parts, in-line assembly, and final functional test (pressure, heating, leakage). For private-label buyers we also offer third-party inspection before dispatch — a small cost that protects a brand you are building.
From Sample to Mass Production
A typical first order runs: specification and branding confirmation (1–2 weeks), pre-production sample (2–4 weeks), sample approval and corrections (1–2 weeks), mass production and testing (3–5 weeks), then shipment. Budget roughly 8–12 weeks from signed order to your port for a standard branded program. Planning the sample stage early — especially if you need new colorways or panel graphics — avoids most delays.
Checklist Before You Sign
Confirm the certificate list matches your target markets; get the MOQ and container-loading math in writing; define the warranty and spare-parts commitment (we support distributors in seven overseas regions); agree the defect-rate and inspection terms; and test the sample for 48+ hours of continuous use yourself. A factory that answers these clearly is a factory you can build a brand on.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the MOQ for coffee machine OEM?
MOQ depends on the model, but plan around container economics: a 20GP container holds about 880 espresso machines (EM3220), 2200 capsule machines (CM6008) or 1500 grinders (CG20). Order volume should be sized to fill your channel.
How long does a coffee machine OEM order take?
Typically 8–12 weeks from confirmed order to your port for a standard branded program, including samples, production and testing.
Can I brand the coffee machine with my logo?
Yes — logo on the body, packaging, carton printing and control-panel graphics are standard OEM services. Colorways and feature changes are available at the ODM level.
What certifications come with the machines?
ISO, CE, RoHS and CB are standard, with SGS per-shipment inspection and BSCI factory audit available. Tell us your target markets so the right certificate stack is built into the first run.
